ב-28 ביולי 2005 התקבצו בספורטק תל אביב טובי המחליקים בארץ לאליפות ישראל ברולרבלייד. התחרות היתה בסגנון אגרסיב, שבו המתחרים ממוקדים על ביצוע תרגילים שונים, שכוללים גריינדים, קפיצות עם גראבים, סלטות ועוד.
